When Frodo, Sam and their companions attempted to pass through the gates, the Watcher rose from its black lake and attacked them with all its fury. This unique collectible has been hand cast in heavy weight polystone and hand painted to the highest standards. It is an authentic replication of the creature from the film, rendered in 3D by the sculptor's from WETA Workshop. The display base includes the Lord of the Rings logo and sculptor's signature, and is limited to only 750, hand-numbered pieces world-wide.

An Uruk-hai chief, Ugluk took command of a troop of scouts dispatched to capture the Hobbits and return with them to the wizard Saruman. Ugluk's troop was joined on their journey by a group of Orcs, leading to several disagreements over their course of action. The chief resolved the issues of leadership and shortage of food with his own style of Uruk diplomacy.

The Haradrim were natural enemies of Gondor and fought many wars against the South-kingdom, mostly resulting in defeat for Harad. The Haradrim first allied against Gondor in 1015 when, in alliance with the Black Numenoreans they besieged Umbar. This strategy failed as they were unable to take the city and in 1050 King Hyarmendacil I of Gondor came against them with great power and crushed the Haradrim in Battle. From this time until Gondor's kin-strife the Kings of Harad were vassals of the King of Gondor, paying tribute and sending their sons as hostages to live at his court. After the Kin-strife the Haradrim reasserted their independence and supported the rebels in Umbar in their war against Gondor.
